Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, hereby transfers from the Minister of Foreign Affairs to the Minister for International Trade to be styled Minister of International Trade the control and supervision of the portion of the public service known as the Department of International Trade over which the Minister for International Trade to be styled Minister of International Trade shall preside, effective December 12, 2003.
