  2. Quebec Vegetables for Processing Order - SOR/92-118

    His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture, pursuant to section 2 of the Agricultural Products Marketing Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order granting authority to the Office des producteurs de fruits et légumes du Québec to regulate the marketing of vegetables for processing produced in the Province of Quebec in interprovincial and export trade.


  3. Quebec Vegetables for Processing Order - SOR/92-118 (Section 3)

    3 The Board is authorized to regulate the marketing of vegetables for processing in interprovincial and export trade and for those purposes may, with respect to persons and property situated within the Province of Quebec, exercise all or any powers like the powers exercisable by the Commodity Board under An Act respecting the marketing of agriculture, food and fish products and amending various legislation, S.Q. 1990, c. 13, in relation to the marketing of vegetables grown for processing locally within that Province.
