(b) designates the Minister for International Trade, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Designated Minister for the purposes of the Business Development Bank of Canada ActFootnote a; and
(c) designates the Minister for International Trade, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the appropriate Minister with respect to the Business Development Bank of Canada for the purposes of the Financial Administration ActFootnote b.
