  4. Prince Edward Island Cattle Order - SOR/88-292 (Section 3)

    3 The Commodity Group is authorized to regulate the marketing of cattle in interprovincial and export trade and for such purposes may, with respect to persons and property situated within the Province of Prince Edward Island, exercise all or any powers like the powers exercisable by it in relation to the marketing of cattle locally within that Province under the Act.
