(2) If the applicant requests advertisement of the application on the website of the Canadian Intellectual Property Office, they must pay the fee set out in item 32 of Schedule 2.
30 A person must not set out an air transportation charge in an advertisement as if it were a third party charge or use the term “tax” in an advertisement to describe an air transportation charge.
70 It is prohibited to
(c) publish any written advertisement respecting a narcotic unless that advertisement displays the symbol “N” in a clear and conspicuous colour and size in the upper left quarter of its first page.
(2) For the purposes of section 627.91 of the Act, the annual interest rate on the date of the advertisement and any initial or periodic non-interest charges are prescribed information.
