350 (1) The certification body must cancel a certification if

(c) while the certification is suspended,
(i) in the case of a certification that was granted under section 345, the holder of the certificate
(C) applies or attaches to a food commodity a label that bears an expression that is referred to in subsection 353(1) or (2) or uses such an expression in the advertisement of a food commodity,
8 Information that appears on an expansion gate or an expandable enclosure, that accompanies one or that is in any advertisement for one, must not make any direct or indirect reference to the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act or these Regulations.
3 Information that appears on a corded window covering product or that is in any advertisement for one, must not make any direct or indirect reference to the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act or these Regulations.
46 An advertisement must not show a crib, cradle, bassinet, accessory or stand in any way that is contrary to the warnings set out in sections 53 to 70 and 72 to 79.
45 Information that appears on a crib, cradle, bassinet, accessory or stand, that accompanies one or that is in any advertisement for one must not make any direct or indirect reference to the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act or these Regulations.
