Marginal note:Payment to Foundation

31 The Minister of Finance shall, out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, pay to the Foundation for its activities the sum of five million dollars, one million dollars of which shall be paid on June 14, 1984 and the remainder of which shall be paid in the four years following June 14, 1985.
