37 As soon as possible after June 14, 1988, the Board and the Secretary of State for External Affairs shall jointly evaluate the Foundation’s activities and organization and submit a report to Parliament thereon including a statement of any changes the Board and the Secretary of State for External Affairs would jointly recommend.
