2 In this Act,

Board

conseil

Board means the Board of Governors of the Centre constituted by section 7; (conseil)

Centre

Centre

Centre means the Canadian Centre for Management Development established by section 3; (Centre)

Minister

ministre

Minister means such member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada as is designated by the Governor in Council as the Minister for the purposes of this Act; (ministre)

Principal

directeur

Principal means the Principal of the Centre appointed under subsection 13(1); (directeur)

Public Service

fonction publique

Public Service has the meaning given that expression in the Public Service Staff Relations Act. (fonction publique)
