College of Patent Agents and Trademark Agents Act

5 (1) A corporation without share capital is established, to be known as the College of Patent Agents and Trademark Agents.
Marginal note:Act not applicable to College
(2) The Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act does not apply to the College.
