173 This Part applies only in respect of the succession of a Cree beneficiary or Naskapi beneficiary who dies after the coming into force of this Part and who, at the time of his death, was domiciled on Category IA land (in the case of a Cree beneficiary) or on Category IA-N land (in the case of a Naskapi beneficiary).
