Marginal note:Functions of Regulator

• 17 (1) The Regulator shall perform such duties and functions as are conferred or imposed on the Regulator by or pursuant to the Atlantic Accord or this Act.

  (2) The Regulator may make recommendations to both governments with respect to proposed amendments to this Act, the Provincial Act and any regulations made under those Acts.
