Marginal note:Salaries and fees
5 (1) A member of the Council who is not employed in the federal public administration shall be paid a salary to be fixed by the Governor in Council.
Marginal note:Expenses
(2) Each member of the Council is entitled to be paid such travel and living expenses incurred by him in the performance of his duties under this Act as are provided by by-law of the Council made pursuant to paragraph 12(c).
