Marginal note:Remuneration and expenses
37 Each member of a grain appeal tribunal is entitled to be paid
(a) if the member is not employed in the public service of Canada, an allowance for the member’s services in an amount to be fixed by by-law of the Commission; and
(b) reasonable travel and other expenses while absent from his ordinary place of residence in the course of his duties under this Act.
