Marginal note:Meetings of Board
16 (1) The Board shall meet at least twice in each year, with at least one such meeting at the head office of the Centre, and at such other times and places as the Chairperson deems necessary.

(2) The Chairperson shall preside at meetings of the Board.
Marginal note:Quorum
(3) Seven governors, including at least five governors who are Canadian citizens, or more than seven governors, including a majority who are Canadian citizens, constitute a quorum of the Board.
