14 (1) The Chairperson presides over meetings of the board of directors and performs any other duties that are assigned to them by the Minister.
Marginal note:Acting Chairperson
(2) In the event of the absence or incapacity of the Chairperson, or a vacancy in that office, the Vice-Chairperson acts as Chairperson.
