Marginal note:Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada

  • 8 (1) The Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada may assist the Council in the performance of its functions under this Act.

  • Marginal note:Contribution of funds

    (2) Nothing shall prevent the Minister from contributing funds for the cost of planning, designing, constructing, installing and maintaining the Monument.
