Marginal note:Coming into force

• Footnote ^*21 (1) Subject to subsection (2), subsection 14(1) and sections 15, 17 and 20 shall come into force on a day or days to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council, made on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources.

  (2) Subsection 18(1), section 20 in relation to item 4 of the schedule and item 4 of the schedule shall come into force on a day or days to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.
