Marginal note:Canada Lands Surveys Act
14.1 (1) For the purposes of subsection 29(3) of the Canada Lands Surveys Act, in relation to Westbank lands, surveys and plans must be satisfactory to the council rather than to the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations.
Marginal note:Exception
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to boundaries between Westbank lands and other lands.
