Marginal note:Appeal matters to be heard by panel

  •  (1) Subject to subsection (2), every appeal to the Tribunal under this Act from a determination of a member of the Tribunal shall be heard, determined and disposed of by a panel of three members.

  • Marginal note:Size of panel

    (2) The Chairman of the Tribunal may, if the Chairman considers it appropriate, direct that an appeal to the Tribunal be heard by a panel of more than three members or, with the consent of the parties, by one member alone.

  • Marginal note:Decision of panel

    (3) A decision of a majority of the members of a panel is a decision of the panel.
