9 (1) Appointments to the Board subsequent to the first appointments shall only be made following consultation by the Minister with the Board.
Marginal note:Representation
(2) Appointments under section 8 shall be made so that, of the governors other than the Chair, there are equal numbers of persons who are employed in the public service and persons who are not so employed.
