Nova Scotia Consumption Tax Acts means the Health Services Tax Act, Chapter 126 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1967, as amended from time to time, the Gasoline and Diesel Oil Tax Act, Chapter 116 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1967, as amended from time to time, and any other Act of the Legislature of the Province, as amended from time to time, as may be prescribed; (lois sur l’impôt indirect)
