Marginal note:Certain officers deemed customs officers
26 For the purposes of section 108 of the Customs Act, all officers of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development employed in the administration of this Act shall be deemed to be officers as defined in subsection 2(1) of the Customs Act.
