Marginal note:Competitions, etc., continued

38 Every

  • (a) competition under the Public Service Employment Act in which an employee in the National Museums of Canada is a candidate,

  • (b) appeal under section 21 of the Public Service Employment Act by an employee in the National Museums of Canada or in respect of an appointment in the National Museums of Canada,

  • (c) appeal under subsection 31(2) of the Public Service Employment Act by an employee in the National Museums of Canada, and

  • (d) right to an appeal referred to in paragraph (b) or (c)

subsisting on the coming into force of this Act shall be continued in accordance with that Act, as though the other provisions of this Act had not been enacted.
