Marginal note:Commencement of tariff
13.04 If a holder files a tariff with the Canadian Energy Regulator and the holder proposes to charge a toll referred to in paragraph (b) of the definition toll in section 13.01, the Regulator may establish the day on which the tariff is to come into effect and the holder shall not begin charging the toll before that day.
