Marginal note:Evidence respecting information obtained

78 No member of the Board and no adjudicator, conciliator or officer or employee of or person appointed by the Board and no arbitrator appointed under section 49 shall be required to give evidence in any civil action, suit or other proceeding respecting information obtained in the discharge of his duties under this Part.
