Marginal note:Hearing by single member

  • 98 (1) A complaint shall be determined by a single member of the Tribunal, who shall proceed as informally and expeditiously as possible.

  • Marginal note:Decision of member

    (2) A decision made by a member is a decision of the Tribunal.
