An Act respecting language skills

SUMMARY

This enactment provides that persons appointed to certain offices must be able to speak and understand clearly both official languages.

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

SHORT TITLE

 This act may be cited as the Language Skills Act.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
