Version of section 17.1 from 2006-03-22 to 2021-03-31:
17.1 A fee of $1,000 is payable for each second and subsequent visit that is made by an inspector, where an inspection is required for the purpose of lifting a detention order so that a non-Canadian ship can proceed on a voyage from any place in Canada.
