Oaths of Allegiance and Office Order (Yukon)

Oath of Allegiance

 The oath of allegiance prescribed by the Oaths of Allegiance Act is the oath of allegiance to be taken and subscribed by the Commissioner of Yukon.

Oath of Office

 The oath of office to be taken and subscribed by the Commissioner of Yukon is set out in Schedule I.

Swearing

 The oath of allegiance and oath of office of the Commissioner of Yukon shall be sworn and subscribed before a judge of the Supreme Court of the Yukon Territory or, in his absence, a police magistrate.
