Oath of Allegiance
2 The oath of allegiance prescribed by the Oaths of Allegiance Act is the oath of allegiance to be taken and subscribed by the Commissioner of Yukon.

3 The oath of office to be taken and subscribed by the Commissioner of Yukon is set out in Schedule I.

Swearing
5 The oath of allegiance and oath of office of the Commissioner of Yukon shall be sworn and subscribed before a judge of the Supreme Court of the Yukon Territory or, in his absence, a police magistrate.
