Notice Excepting Certain Roe Herring from the Operation of Section 29 of the Fisheries Act
Short Title
1 This Notice may be cited as the Roe Herring Exemption Notice.
Exemption
2 Roe herring caught along the coast of British Columbia and from which roe has been extracted is hereby excepted from the operation of section 29 of the Fisheries Act.
