Reservation to the Crown Waiver Order (La Martre Lake, N.W.T.) (SI/2002-10)

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Territorial Lands Act, hereby orders that any portion of the lands described in the schedule hereto lying within 30.48 metres (100 feet), of the ordinary high water mark along the shore line of La Martre Lake, in the Northwest Territories, be included in the grant of these said lands.
