Order Transferring from the President of the Treasury Board to the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada the Control and Supervision of the Public Service Human Resources Management Agency of Canada

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, hereby transfers from the President of the Treasury Board to the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada the control and supervision of that portion of the public service known as the Public Service Human Resources Management Agency of Canada, over which the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada shall preside, effective December 12, 2003.
