Order Transferring from the Office of Infrastructure of Canada to the Department of Transport the Control and Supervision of the Canada Lands Company Limited and the Queens Quay West Land Corporation (SI/2006-30)

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a)Footnote ^a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, hereby transfers from the Office of Infrastructure of Canada to the Department of Transport the control and supervision of that portion of the federal public administration within the Office of Infrastructure of Canada known as the Crown Corporation Secretariat, relating to Canada Lands Company Limited and Queens Quay West Land Corporation, effective February 6, 2006.
