Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a)Footnote a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, hereby transfers from the Canadian Firearms Centre to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, effective May 17, 2006, the control and supervision of all of the portions of the federal public administration within the Canadian Firearms Centre.
