In the Northwest Territories;

All that parcel of land being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at a point at latitude 61°44′24″ North and longitude 124°42′36″ West;

Thence southeasterly in a straight line to a point at latitude 61°38′24″ North and longitude 124°39′00″ West;

Thence southwesterly in a straight line to a point at latitude 61°27′00″ North and longitude 124°45′36″ West;

Thence westerly in a straight line to a point at latitude 61°27′00″ North and longitude 124°51′26″ West;

Thence northwesterly in a straight line to a point at latitude 61°30′36″ North and longitude 124°56′24″ West;

Thence northerly in a straight line to a point at latitude 61°35′24″ North and longitude 124°57′00″ West;

Thence northeasterly in a straight line to a point at latitude 61°41′24″ North and longitude 124°54′36″ West;

Thence northeasterly in a straight line to a point at latitude 61°44′24″ North and longitude 124°45′00″ West;

Thence easterly to the point of commencement.

Said parcel containing an area of approximately 367 km².
