(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2021-940 of October 26, 2021Footnote a; and

(b) designates the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the responsible minister for the purposes of the Referendum ActFootnote b.
