Order Designating the Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities as the Minister for the Purposes of the Physical Activity and Sport Act (SI/2023-52)

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 2 of the Physical Activity and Sport ActFootnote ^a,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-1014 of July 18, 2018Footnote ^b and Order in Council P.C. 2021-944 of October 26, 2021Footnote ^c; and

  • Return to footnote ^bSI/2018-70

  • Return to footnote ^cSI/2021-89

• (b) designates the Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, for the purposes of that Act.
