Order Designating the Minister of Transport as the Minister for the Purposes of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act (SI/2025-19)

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 8 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Implementation ActFootnote ^a,

• Return to footnote ^aS.C. 2017, c. 33, s. 219

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2023-776 of July 26, 2023Footnote ^b; and

  • Return to footnote ^bSI/2023-46

• (b) designates the Minister of Transport, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
