Whereas the Governor in Council is of the opinion that the cost of services provided by the Canadian Heraldic Authority in respect of the processing of applications for the grant of coats of arms should be borne by the person to whom they are provided;
Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 19(b) of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to authorize the Prime Minister to prescribe, by order, the fee for processing applications submitted to the Canadian Heraldic Authority for the grant of coats of arms.
