Footnote **His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in section 2 of the Cultural Property Export and Import Act, is pleased hereby
(a) to revoke Order in Council P.C. 1993-1453 of June 25, 1993Footnote *; and

(b) to designate the Minister of Communications, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
