Minister of Communications (National Library) Authority to Prescribe Fees Order (SI/94-87)

Whereas, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, all the powers, duties and functions referred to in subparagraph (b)(i) of Order in Council P.C. 1993-1900 of November 4, 1993Footnote ^* were transferred from the Secretary of State of Canada to the Minister of Communications;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Communications and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 19(1)(b)Footnote ^** of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby
