His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, is pleased hereby to transfer to the Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food the control and supervision of the portion of the public service in the Department of Industry known as the Retail Food Program.
