50 The following are prescribed for the purposes of subparagraph 25(1)(b)(i) of the Act:

• (a) an employment support measure referred to in paragraph 59(b) of the Act that is established to

  • (i) help insured participants start businesses or become self-employed, or

  • (ii) provide insured participants with employment opportunities through which they can gain work experience to improve their long-term employment prospects; and

• (b) a measure that is the subject of an agreement under section 63 of the Act that is established to

  • (i) help insured participants start businesses or become self-employed, or

  • (ii) provide insured participants with employment opportunities through which they can gain work experience to improve their long-term employment prospects.
