• 1 (1) For the purposes of subsection 442(1) of the Trust and Loan Companies Act, the information to be provided is that complaints must be communicated in writing to:

  (2) The information referred to in subsection (1) shall be provided by the company by means of

  • (a) a separate written statement; or

  • (b) a statement in a brochure, statement of account or written statement that contains other information that is required, under the Trust and Loan Companies Act, to be disclosed in respect of a deposit account, an arrangement referred to in subsection 438(3) of that Act, a payment, credit or charge card, the cost of borrowing, or any other obligation of the company under a consumer provision.
