34 In addition to the information required for an application made under sections 10 and 33, an application for certification by a trade union under section 24 of the Code or by a council of trade unions under section 32 of the Code must include a separate and confidential statement of the number of employees in the proposed bargaining unit that the applicant claims to represent as members of the trade union or of the council of trade unions.
