Marginal note:Consolidation by Chairperson

• 98 (1) To ensure the expeditious resolution of proceedings, the Chairperson may direct that any proceedings before the Chairperson be consolidated with any other proceeding before the Chairperson, as Chairperson or as adjudicator, and may issue directions in respect of the conduct of the consolidated proceeding.

  (2) To ensure the expeditious resolution of proceedings, an adjudicator may direct that any proceedings before the adjudicator be consolidated with any other proceeding before the adjudicator and may issue directions in respect of the conduct of the consolidated proceeding.
