Withdrawal of Entitlement
1 Entitlement to the benefit of the Least Developed Country Tariff is withdrawn in respect of all goods that originate in Equatorial Guinea and Maldives.
Exemption
2 Section 1 does not apply to goods that were in transit to Canada before January 1, 2015.

4 This Order comes into force on January 1, 2015.
