His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 130(1) of the Wrecked, Abandoned or Hazardous Vessels ActFootnote a, makes the annexed Wreck Removal Convention Certificate Fee Regulations.

Fee for Wreck Removal Convention Certificate

1 A fee of $98 is payable to the Minister for the issuance of a certificate under paragraphs 25(1)(a) and (c) of the Wrecked, Abandoned or Hazardous Vessels Act.

2 A fee imposed under these Regulations is payable on application for the certificate.
