Marginal note:Application of certain provisions

12 The following provisions of the Fishery (General) Regulations apply — despite section 3 of those Regulations — for the purposes of these Regulations:

• (a) sections 2, 4, 5, 8 to 11 and 14;

• (b) subsection 15(1);

• (c) sections 16, 17 and 21;

• (d) subsections 22(2) to (6);

• (e) section 24;

• (f) paragraph 25(1)(a); and

• (g) Part XI.
